Since 1995, Herniamesh® is an Italian manufacturer of surgical meshes for hernia and abdominal wall and prosthesis for the treatment of female urinary incontinence.

Founded by surgeon, Dr. Ermanno Trabucco, Herniamesh® achieved remarkable R&D results to supply anatomically-functionally correct devices and top-quality products.

Herniamesh® provides customizable flat meshes for open surgery: trimmable, made of non-absorbable, monofilament Polypropylene, as well as pre-shaped meshes indicated for suture-less technique, too, in a wide range of mechanical charateristics and dimensions.

Herniamesh® owns a worldwide sale presence and licensed in 33 Countries. The distribution network is enhanced by a constantly trained sale force and specific workshops for surgeons with KOLs.

Herniamesh® products are all CE Certified and most of medical devices are FDA approved 510(K).

All meshes made by Herniamesh® are made of monofilament Polypropylene. The meshes are non biodegradable and highly permeable. The meshes are designed to be used in the surgical repair of abdominal wall hernias such as primary or recurrent inguinal hernias, femoral hernia, incisional hernias. Each of the Herniamesh® products were designed with specific characteristics for each of the different types of hernioplasty.
