You will receive an email with a link to log in to your profile. If you haven’t received this, or you believe it may have gone to someone else in your company, please contact customer service team at FIMEcustomerservice@informa.com.
The visitor directory will go live on July 11. From this point, you will be able to contact visitors and arrange virtual meetings until August 29.
Yes you can.
If you would like to message a visitor, you can either click on their profile or click on the * on their contact card to see the messaging option.
To view the session, you just need to click on the session information. If on demand, you can view at any point.
To send a meeting invite, you can either click on their profile, or click on the calendar icon on their contact card to see the messaging option.
Exhibitor to exhibitor networking is not available, you will only be able to contact visitors on the platform.
You can send an unlimited number of meeting requests, but we encourage you to monitor how many you send, and to keep track of how many responses you receive.
There is no limit to the number of products you can upload. To do this, please log in to your account, click on your profile and add products. You can view this guide for complete information.
Yes, you will be able to see who has viewed your profile in your dashboard. If you are the company admin, you will also be able to see who has visited your company profile as well as your personal one.
You can add more team members to your account, but you are limit based on your stand size. You can view your team member allocation in the team member section of your company profile. To find out your allocation, please contact our customer services team at FIMEcustomerservice@informa.com.
To add team members, make sure you are logged into your company profile. On the left hand side, you’ll see an option to view ‘Profile info’. Click there to add your team members.
At any time, you can switch between your company and personal profile. Click on the top right corner where you can see your profile picture/company logo to toggle between both.
In your profile, you can view your calendar. You then have the option to block out the times you are unavailable.
The online platform is open daily, 24/7. You do not need to be available for the whole duration, this is to cater for the various time zones of attendees.
Yes, to reset your password, click on the text to reset on the login pop up window.
