If you have registered for the event, you will receive a link to login to the online platform on July 11. If you haven’t yet registered, you can do so here. If you register after this date, you will receive an email shortly after you register with an access link
If you haven’t received your access email, please contact our customer service team at FIMEcustomerservice@informa.com
Once you login to your profile, you’ll be able to add information to your profile. Your name, company and job title will be included automatically from your registration. You can also upload an image. We highly recommend choosing the product categories you’re interested in for the event, to allow for effective match-making.
Yes, to reset your password, click on the text to reset on the login pop up window.
In the education section of the platform, you can view all the sessions, and simply click ‘+ to my schedule’. View this guide for complete steps.
To view the session, you just need to click on the session information. If on demand, you can view at any point. You’ll be able to see when the session is about to commence and join. Click here to view the guide on sessions. 
If you would like to message an exhibitor, you can either click on their on their profile, or click on the * on their contact card to see the messaging option. 
To send a meeting invite, you can either click on their on their profile, or click on the calendar icon on their contact card to see the messaging option.
You can view your favourite in your profile. To navigate to your profile, click on ‘Profile’ on the top right of the online platform.
If you have chosen the product categories you’re interested in, then you can see which exhibitors are match your interests in the ‘match-making’ section. Simply click on ‘Networking’ in your profile to view your recommendations.
