Hermesh 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 Flat rectangular and square meshes made of non-absorbable, Polypropylene monofilament, available in several characteristics, flexible, standard, soft, light or knitted with quadriaxial knit technology. Hermesh prostheses are indicated for inguinal and/or incisional hernia repairs with laparotomy and/or laparoscopic surgery, all Hermesh are macroporous. The “quadriaxial” knit technology, goves the mesh an identical elastic modulus in all directions (isotropic), deforming less when under tension. The flat mesh offers the surgeon the possibility to customise the prosthesis, cutting it out and modelling it according to the size of the hernia and the area to be reinforced, offering maximum versatility and flexibility.
